And also the officials while issuing the Licenses to the citizens, should make sure that they are Educated well about the Traffic rules and regulation. Because, we cannot follow rules without actually knowing them. After all, we are the people who are responsible for the Jams and we are only the people who gets restless about the Traffic jams.
